London nights in Durban.

Ministry of Sound Group and Concerts Africa want to bring London nights to Durban in a night of dance music.

Concerts a multimedia entertainment business based in London with a nightclub, worldwide events operation, music publishing business and fitness studio. Jay Nelson from Ministry of sound explained in an interview with Zakes Thwala on the Feel Good Breaksfast show.

“Concerts Africa has joined forces with Ministry of Sound, to bring both these brands to the motherland, Africa. It’s a very exciting time for dance music, urban music, on the continent by having such amazing brands,” said Nelson.

There will be a show on the second of December at the Kulture Club in Stamfordhill Durban and a hundred rands gets you in, Cape Town DJ and producer duo Pascal and Pearce are the headliners and will be sharing the stage with 12 other DJ’s.

Quaid Dunn recording company director said the aim of the event is just purely to have fun in a London style.

“Ministry of Sound began in the UK, London in 1991, it was sort of like the mecca if you like, the mosque to a muslim or a church to a Christian of people who like dance music,” said Dunn.
