DUT STUDENTS PRAY FOR SANDILE. #JusticeForSandile

After a protest held at the Steve Biko campus that led to the suspension of classes on Friday, students have marched to City Hospital where Sandile Ndlovu is admitted.

It seems to be a heavy day for DUT students as they are in prayer supporting one of their peers who is fighting for his life in hospital after he was allegedly attacked and mugged in a lecture room on Monday.

This morning, classes were suspended in a statement released by the institution.

Students decided to march from to the hospital where they spoke to Sandile’s dad who said his is in a critical condition.


Students sat outside the hospital as they were singing worship songs, praying for Sandile’s recovery.

The news of the passing of Sandile surfaced on social media however, the family spokesperson has released a statement rubbishing the claims.
