1.A CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR THE DUT ALUMNI BURSARY

Eligible students are invited to apply for the DUT Alumni Bursary for 2018
The criteria is as follows:

Gender : Open to male and female
Citizenship: South African only
Race: All
Qualification: All, however first preference may be given to fields of study identified by government as scarce skills
Level of study (Diploma or Degree if first qualification): All

Academically deserving: A 65% (aggregate) or above (student must have passed all course registered for in the previous academic year or semester. In a case of a 1st year student, the applicant must have obtained Level 6 at Grade 12)
Financially needy: as per the national means test
Renewal 1 year only (a bursary may be renewed for a maximum of 3 years – on condition the student maintains the required academic level and subject to the availability of funds)

2. CALL FOR LIGNOTECH SA BURSARY APPLICATION

Lignotech South South Africa would like to award a bursary to DUT students who meets the following criteria:

• Must be a South African Citizen
Must be studying towards Engineering (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation/automation and chemical) or Accounting
• Annual household income must be between R0 – R120 000
• Must be in second or third year
• Must demonstrate good academic performance
